How to deposit/withdraw cash from NBE-PhoneCash through ATM

If you are an NBE customer and wish to deposit/withdraw cash from NBE-Phone Cash through ATM, First Bank explains the steps to follow below:

1. Access to mobile app.

2. Select for the "ATM Cash In/Out".

3. Enter the amount to be deposited/withdrawn.

4. Enter the wallet PIN to generate a six-digit OTP that will be entered into the ATM to complete the cash deposit/withdrawal.

5. Through the ATM, choose "card-free services"

6. Choose "electronic wallets".

7. Choose the type of deposit/cash withdrawal transaction.

8. Enter the mobile number and then the temporary OTP PIN generated through the mobile app.

9. In case of deposit, the cash to be deposited will be entered, and the amount the customer entered will be shown on the ATM screen.

10. In case of withdrawal, the customer enters the amount to be withdrawn on the ATM screen, and should be identical to the amount entered on the app. This amount will be out of the ATM.
