First Bank List Of The Fastest-Growing Banks In Corporate Loans During last Year Revealed That The Egyptian Gulf Bank Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 27.33%, Reaching A Total Portfolio Of EGP 25.35 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 19.91 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
The List, Including 11 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Disclosed That All Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Total Corporate Loan Portfolios During The Period From January To December 2023. Credit Agricole – Egypt Secured The Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 19.75% In Its Corporate Loans During last Year, Reaching EGP 31.84 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 25.10 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
Commercial International Bank – Egypt Claimed The Third Position With A Growth Rate Of 24.01% During last Year, As Its Total Corporate Loan Portfolio exceeded EGP 205 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 165.35 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
Housing and Development Bank Took The Fourth Position With A Growth Rate Of 21.22% During last Year, As Its Total Portfolio Reached EGP 20.57 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 16.97 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
Egyptian Export Development Bank Ranked Fifth With A Growth Rate Of 16.44% During last Year, Reaching A Corporate Loan Portfolio Of EGP 46.90 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 25.10 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
