The List Of First Bank For The Fastest Growing Banks In Personal Loans During last Year Revealed That AlBaraka Bank Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 96.36%, After Its Total Portfolio Jumped To EGP 7.338 Bn At The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 3.737 Bn In December 2022.
The List, Which Included 11 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Disclosed That 10 The Banks Under Analysis Achieved Positive Growth Rates In The Total Portfolio Of Their Personal Loans During The Period From January To December 2023 while 1 Bank achieved a decline rate In The Total Portfolio Of its Personal Loans.
The Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange Increased The Granting Of Personal Loans To Their Customers By A Growth Rate Of 10.66% And An Increase Of EGP10.357 Bn During The First 9 Months Of The Current Year, To Move The Total Value Of Their Portfolios From EGP97.140 Bn At The End Of December 2022, And Reach EGP107.498 Bn At The End Of September 2023.
Returning To The List, Faisal Islamic Bank Of Egypt Came In Second Place With A Growth Rate Of 96.13% During last Year, After Its Total Portfolio Rose To EGP 577.359 Mn At The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 294.381 Mn At The End Of December 2022.
Egyptian Export Development Bank Ranked Third With A Growth Rate Of 67.47% During last Year, After Its Total Personal Loan Portfolio Jumped To EGP 6.332 Bn At The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 3.781 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
Suez Canal Bank Ranked Fourth With A Growth Rate Of 38.42% During last Year, After Its Total Personal Loan Portfolio Rose To EGP 3.592 Bn At The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 2.595 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
As For The Fifth Place, It Was Obtained By Saib With A Growth Rate Of 31.17% During last Year, After Its Total Personal Loan Portfolio Rose To EGP 10.268 Bn At The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 7.828 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
