How to change your CIB’s mobile banking password

If you are a CIB customer and want to change your mobile banking password, First Bank explains the steps to follow below:
Click on “Forgot/Reset Password” through the app, and fill in the below:
1. Username: Input your Online Banking username.
2. Set new password.
3. New password Confirmation.
4. Put Debit/Credit Card Number.
5. Enter Debit/Credit Card PIN.
6. Then click on “Next”.
7. The password change process was successfully done.
