EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 40.479 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during March 25 2024, the index reached 40.479 points, compared to 41.244 points at Yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against all Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It Fell against, US dollar, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Chinese Yuan, pound sterling, Japanese Yen, and Euro.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 46.60. to EGP 47.45 while the average buying increased from EGP 46.50 to EGP 47.35 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 50.37 to EGP 51.36 while the average buying rose from EGP 50.25 to EGP 51.24 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 58.74 to EGP 59.94 while the average buying rose from EGP 58.60 to EGP 59.81 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 30.77 EGP to EGP 31.35 while the average buying rose from EGP 30.70 to EGP 31.28 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 6.44 to EGP 6.57 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying Fell from EGP 6.43 to EGP 6.56.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.42 to EGP 12.65 while the average buying rose from EGP 12.40 to EGP 12.62 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 12.69 to EGP 12.92 while the average buying rose from EGP 12.66 to EGP 12.89 at the end of today's trading.
