EGP index Increased against a basket of major currencies to 40.992 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index increased against the major currencies during March 21 2024, the index reached 40.992 points, compared to 40.832 points at Yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against all Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It rose against, US dollar, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Chinese Yuan, pound sterling, Japanese Yen, and Fell against the Euro.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt Fell from EGP 47.00. to EGP 46.42 while the average buying Fell from EGP 46.90 to EGP 46.62 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 59.68 to EGP 59.65 while the average buying fell from EGP 59.53 to EGP 59.50 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 30.98 EGP to 30.94 while the average buying Fell from EGP 30.91 to EGP 30.87 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt declined from EGP 6.53 to EGP 6.49 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying Fell from EGP 6.51 to EGP 6.47.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal Fell from EGP 12.53 to EGP 12.45 while the average buying Fell from EGP 12.50 to EGP 12.43 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt Fell from EGP 12.79 to EGP 12.72 while the average buying Fell from EGP 12.77 to EGP 12.69 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 50.96 to EGP 51.01 while the average buying rose from EGP 50.84 to EGP 50.88 at the end of today's trading.
