The financial statements of ADCB Egypt, for the period ending on December 31 of the last year, have revealed the size of the bank's portfolio of Retail loans reached EGP 8.28 bn by the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 7.94 bn by the end of December 2022, an increase of EGP338 mn during the last year, accounting for 22% of the total loans by end of 2023.

Contributing to this growth, the size of the bank's credit cards increased by 109%, with an increase of EGP 145 mn during the last year, moving from EGP 133 mn by the end of December 2022, to reach EGP 278mn by the end of December 2023.

SC Bank's personal loans rose by 3.3% and witnessed an increase of EGP 252mn during the last year to record EGP 7.79n by the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 7.54bn by the end of December 2022.

It is worth noting that the total customer loan portfolio increased by a growth rate of 20.3% and an increase of EGP 6.4 bn during last year, reaching EGP 37.79 bn by the end of December 2023, compared to EGP 31.40bn by the end of December 2022.
