How to replace a debit card through Al Ahly Net

If you are a NBE customer and would like to replace your card for a new direct debit card, First Bank shows you the steps to follow below:

1. Through the main list, the customer chooses "debit cards."

2. He then chooses "stop and issue a new card."

3. Choose the card from the list.

4. Then determine the reason for the replacement (card loss/card theft/card damage).

5. Choose the receiving place (branch/address).

6. In the “space” of receiving address enter your address in Arabic.

7. Then press "Submit."

8. Review the submission data and press "Confirm".
