EGP index increased against a basket of major currencies to 40.073 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index increased against the major currencies during July 10 2024, the index reached 40.073 points, compared to 40.011 points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against all currencies that measures the performance of the pound, It rose against Euro, Japanese Yen, US dollar, UAE dirham, pound sterling, Saudi riyal, Chinese Yuan.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt fell from EGP 48.13 to EGP 48.05 while the average buying decreased from EGP 48.03 to EGP 47.95 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt fell from EGP 52.07 to EGP 52.02 while the average buying decreased from EGP51.94 to EGP 51.89 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt fell from EGP61.64 to EGP 61.56 while the average buying declined from EGP 61.47 to EGP 61.42 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 29.87 to EGP 29.76 while the average buying fell from EGP 29.80 to EGP 29.69 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt declined from EGP6.61 to EGP 6.60 while the average buying fell from EGP 6.60 to EGP 6.59 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal fell from EGP12.83 EGP 12.81 while the average buying decreased from EGP 12.80 to EGP 12.78 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt decreased from EGP 13.10 to EGP 13.08 while the average buying fell from EGP 13.07 to EGP 13.05 at the end of today's trading.
