EGP index increased against a basket of major currencies to 40.265 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index increased against the major currencies during April 24 2024, the index reached 40.265 points, compared to 40.150 points at Yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against all Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It rose against, US dollar, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen, Euro, and pound sterling.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt Fell from EGP 48.10 to EGP 47.94 while the average buying decreased from EGP 48.10 to EGP 47.84 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt fell from EGP 51.35 to EGP 51.24 while the average buying decreased from EGP 51.23 to EGP 51.12 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 59.65 to EGP 59.63 while the average buying Fell from EGP 59.53 to EGP 59.50 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 31.07 to EGP 30.93 while the average buying fell from EGP 31.01 to EGP 30.87 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt declined from EGP 6.63 to EGP 6.61 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying fell from EGP6.62 at EGP 6.60.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal decreased from EGP 12.82 to EGP 12.878 while the average buying declined EGP 12.79 at EGP 12.75 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt fell from EGP 13.09 to EGP 13.05 while the average buying declined from EGP13.07 EGP 13.02 at the end of today's trading.
