EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 39.900 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during April 15 2024, the index reached 39.900 points, compared to 40.344 points at last Monday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index fell against 6 Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It Fell against pound sterling, Chinese Yuan, UAE dirham, Japanese Yen, US dollar, Saudi riyal, and rose against Euro.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 47.63 to EGP 48.40 while the average buying increased from EGP 47.53 to EGP 48.30 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 60.16 to EGP 60.40 while the average buying rose from EGP 60.00 to EGP 60.26 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 31.36 to EGP 31.44 while the average buying fell from EGP 31.29 to EGP 31.37 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 6.58 EGP6.68 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying rose from EGP 6.57 to EGP 6.67.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 12.97 to EGP 13.18 while the average buying increased from EGP12.94 EGP 13.15 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.69 to EGP 12.90 while the average buying increased from EGP12.67 EGP 12.87 at the end of today's trading

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 51.58 to EGP 51.57 while the average buying Fell from EGP 51.46 to EGP 51.44at the end of today's trading.
