First Bank List Of The Fastest-Growing Listed Banks In Credit Cards during H1 of this year Revealed That alBaraka Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 75.97%, Reaching A Portfolio Size Of EGP 105.64 Mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 60.03 Mn By The End Of December 2023.

The List, Comprising 10 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Disclosed Positive Growth Rates In The Total Credit Card Portfolios Of All Banks During The Period From January To June 2024. Faisal Islamic Egyptian Bank Was Absent From The Ranking Due To The Unavailability Of Its Portfolio Value In Its Financial Statements.

SC Bank, Secured The Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 68.08% during H1-2024, Reaching A Credit Card Portfolio Size Of EGP 80.60 Mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 47.96 Mn By The End Of December 2023. 

The Third Position Went To HD Bank, With A Credit Card Portfolio Growth Rate Of 45.98% During H1-2024, Recording EGP 186.19 Mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 127.54 Mn By The End Of December 2023.

EBank Claimed The Fourth Spot With A Growth Rate Of 19.63%, As Its Credit Card Portfolio Reached EGP 203.06 Mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 169.73 Mn By The End Of December 2023.  

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt Ranked Fifth With A Growth Rate Of 14.74% during H1-2024, Reaching A Credit Card Portfolio Size Of EGP 973.13 mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 848.11 mn By The End Of December 2023.
