First Bank List of Egyptian Banks With The Fastest Growth In Total Customer Loans during The first half of the current Year Revealed That ADIB Egypt Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 33.54%, With A Total Portfolio Of Around EGP90.76Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP67.96Bn At The End Of December 2023.
The List, Which Included 21 Banks Operating In The Egyptian Banking Sector With Available Financial Data During The Analysis Period, Showed That All Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Total Loan Portfolios From January To June 2024.
saib Came In Second Place With A Growth Rate Of 32.82% during The first half of the current Year, With A Total Customer Loans Of EGP61.43bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 46.28 Bn At The End Of December 2023.
As For the Third Place, It Was Secured By ABK-Egypt With A Growth Rate Of 29.29% during The first half of the current Year, With A Total Customer Loans Of EGP60.77bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 47 Bn At The End Of December 2023.
Fourth Place Was Taken By arab African international Bank-AAIB With A Growth Rate Of 24.86% during The first half of the current Year, With A Total Loan Portfolio Of EGP 192.75 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 154.38Bn At The End Of December 2023.
Commercial international Bank Ranked Fifth With A Growth Rate Of 24.27% With A Total Customer Loans Of EGP329.45bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 265.10 Bn At The End Of December 2023, Followed By EGBANK With A Growth Rate Of 24.14% during The Same Period.
QNB Ranked Seventh with A Growth Rate Of 20.09% during The first half of the current Year, As Its Total Customer Loan Portfolio increased From EGP 268.58 Bn At The End Of December 2023 To EGP 322.52 Bn By The End Of June 2024
As For The Eighth Place, It Was Secured By Ahli United Bank With A Growth Rate Of 19.90% during The first half of this Year, With A Total Customer Loans Of EGP80.51bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 67.15 Bn At The End Of December 2023, Followed By Attijariwafa bank With A Growth Rate Of 19.35% during The Same Period.
Emirates NBD Egypt Came In Tenth Place With A Growth Rate Of 19.96% during The first Half of the current Year, With A Total Customer Loans Of EGP71.46bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 60.07 Bn At The End Of December 2023.
