According To FirstBank List of Fastest-Growing Banks in Mortgage Loans, BANK NXT Topped the List with A Growth Rate Of 23.69% during the first half of this year. The Bank's Mortgage Loan Portfolio Increased to EGP 1.31 bn By the End of June 2024, Compared to EGP 1.06 bn By the End Of December 2023.
Credit Agricole Bank Secured the Second Position with A Growth Rate Of 23.67%, Reaching EGP 1.20 bn By end of June 2024, Up From EGP 968.50 Mn At The End Of December 2023 Banque Du Caire Followed With A Growth Rate Of 17.35% during the Same Period.
EBank Came in Fourth place, Recording A Growth Rate Of 16.97%, With Its Total Portfolio Reaching EGP 979.73 mn By June 2024- End, Compared To EGP837.56 mn By end of December 2023.
QNB Managed To Secure The Fifth Position With A Growth Rate Of 13.56% During The first half of 2024, With Its Total Mortgage Loan Portfolio Reaching EGP 6.78 bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 5.97 bn At The End Of December 2023, NBK Egypt Followed With A Growth Rate Of 13.08% during the Same Period.
EGBANK Managed To Secure The Seventh Position With A Growth Rate Of 10.80% During The first half of 2024, With Its Total Mortgage Loan Portfolio Reaching EGP 439.02 mn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 396.23 mn At The End Of December 2023.
