FirstBank List of The Fastest-Growing Banks In Net Interest Income During The first 9M of the current year Revealed That FABMisr Topped The List, As Its Net Interest Income Jumping By 113%, Recording Approximately EGP 23.7 Bn During the first 9M of 2024, Compared To EGP 11.127 Bn during 9M-2023.
The List Included 24 Banks Operating in The Egyptian Banking Sector, All Of Which Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Net Interest Income From January To September 2024.
Returning To the List, AAIB Took the Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 96.28%, Recording A Net Interest Income Of Approximately EGP 21.683 Bn in the first 9M of the current year, Compared To EGP 11.047 Bn During the same period of 2023.
ADCB Egypt Claimed the Third Position With A Growth Rate Of 88.35%, As Its Net Income From Returns Increased To EGP 6.044 Bn During The first 9M of this year, Compared To EGP 3.209 Bn During the same period of 2023.
HD Bank Ranked Fourth with A Growth Rate Of 81.96%, Recording A Net Interest Income of Approximately EGP 13.281 Bn During The first 9M of 2024, Compared To EGP 7.298 Bn During the same period of 2023.
ADIB Ranked Fifth with A Growth Rate Of 76.43%, As Its Net Interest Income From returns Increased To EGP 10.842 Bn During The First 6M Of 2024, Compared To EGP 6.145 Bn During the first 9M of 2023.
CIB, Secured the Sixth Position with A Net Interest Income 74.33%, Recording EGP EGP 65.526 Bn during the first 9M of this year, Compared To EGP 37.587 Bn during 9M- 2023.
SC Bank Come In Seventh Position With A Growth Rate Of 67.58%, Recording Net interest Income Of EGP 3.892 Bn During The first 9M of 2024, Compared To EGP 2.323 Bn During the same period of 2023.
NBK-Egypt, Secured the Eighth Position With A Net Interest Income 64.96%, Recording EGP EGP 8.214 Bn During first 9M of 2024, Compared To EGP 4.979 Bn during the first 9M of 2023.
Alex Bank Ranked Ninth with A Growth Rate Of 63.68%, Recording A Net Interest Income Of Approximately EGP 13.924 Bn During The first 9M of 2024, Compared To EGP 8.507 bn During the first 9M of 2023.
ABK- Egypt Ranked Tenth with A Growth Rate Of 63.35%, Recording A Net Interest Income Of Approximately EGP 4.669 Bn During The first 9M of 2024, Compared To EGP 2.858 bn During the first 9M of 2023.
