Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Thursday’s trading
The Foreign exchange rate witnessed an increase at the beginning of Thursday 12, June trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 29.63 for buying and EGP29.76 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in Export Development Bank of Egypt-Ebank at EGP 32.10
The lowest rate for selling was in the Blom Bank at the level of EGP 27.70
Euro
The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 31.79 for buying and EGP 31.7966 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in National Bank of Kuwait Egypt at EGP34.43. The lowest rate for selling was in Blom Bank Egypt at EGP 29.80.
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 35.89 for buying and EGP 36.063 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying in the NBK-Egypt at EGP38.92
While the lowest rate for selling was in Blom Bank of Egypt at EGP 33.73
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 7.8 for buying and EGP7.9 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in E-Bank was at EGP8.50
The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt at EGP 7.38
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 96.79 for buying and EGP 97.30 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in SAIB was at EGP96.73. The lowest price for selling was in the Blom Bank Egypt came at EGP79.43.
Emirati Dirham
The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 8.06 for buying and EGP 8.1034 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today in E-Bank was at EGP8.72
The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was recorded in the Blom Bank Egypt at EGP7.54.
