Foreign exchange rates at the end of Thursday trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an increase at the end of Thursday 23 October 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.5239 for buying and EGP 47.6584 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in «NXT Bank» at EGP 47.56.

The lowest rate for selling was in «IDB» at EGP 47.58.

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 55.0659 for buying and EGP 55.2314 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in «AAIB» at EGP 55.13.

The lowest rate for selling was in «IDB» at EGP 55.26.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 63.3778 for buying and EGP 63.5763 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «NXT Bank» at EGP 63.40.

While the lowest rate for selling was in «IDB» at EGP 63.58.

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.6707 for buying and EGP 12.7072 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in «ABK-Egypt» at EGP 12.68.

The lowest rate for selling was in «ASIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.69.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 154.9775 for buying and EGP 155.4671 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «KFH-Egypt» at EGP 155.53.

The lowest price for selling was in «HSBC» at EGP 155.30.

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.9384 for buying and EGP 12.9757 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in Al Baraka at EGP 12.94.

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in «EBank» at EGP 12.96.
