Foreign exchange rates at the end of Thursday trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed a decrease at the end of Thursday 5 November 2025 trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 47.2826 for buying and EGP 47.4190 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 47.38.

The lowest rate for selling was in «FABMISR» at EGP 47.35.

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 54.4553 for buying and EGP 54.6219 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 54.44.

The lowest rate for selling was in «NBK-Egypt» at EGP 54.56.

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 61.8220 for buying and EGP 62.0050 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 61.82.

While the lowest rate for selling was in «BDC» at EGP 61.95.

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.6070 for buying and EGP 12.6440 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.63.

The lowest rate for selling was in Credit Agricole-Egypt at EGP 12.63.

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 153.9297 for buying and EGP 154.4240 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «KFH-Egypt» at EGP 154.46.

The lowest price for selling was in Credit Agricole-Egypt at EGP 154.27.

Emirati Dirham

The rate of Emirati dirham today in Egypt recorded EGP 12.8891 for buying and EGP 12.9274 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying the Emirati dirham today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 12.90.

The lowest price for selling the Emirati dirham today was in «Al Baraka», «AAIB», and Faisal Islamic Bank at EGP 12.90.
