The foreign exchange rate witnessed slightly changes at the end of wednesday 4 March 2026 trading at Egypt's major banks.
First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:
U.S. dollar
The US dollar rose against EGP recorded EGP 50.1353 for buying, while the sell price to EGP 50.2353 according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest dollar rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», Suez Canal Bank at EGP 50.20 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 50.14 .
Euro
The Euro against EGP recorded EGP 58.3174 for buying and EGP 58.4437 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.
The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 58.11 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «CIB» at EGP 58.41 .
Pound Sterling
The pound sterling rose against EGP recorded at EGP 67.0459 for buying and EGP 67.1998 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 66.79 .
While the lowest rate for selling was in «CIB» at EGP 67.14 .
Saudi Riyals
The Saudi riyal rose against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 13.3548 for buying and EGP 13.3836 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying today was in «FABMISR», «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 13.37 .
The lowest rate for selling was in «HDB» at EGP 13.14 .
Kuwaiti Dinar
Kuwaiti dinar rose against EGP in Egypt reached EGP 163.7071 for buying, EGP 164.0872 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
The highest rate for buying the Kuwaiti dinar was in «Saib» at EGP 164.32 .
The lowest price for selling was in Suez Canal Bank at EGP 163.52 .
Emirati Dirham
The rate of Emirati dirham rose today in Egypt recorded EGP 13.6475 for buying and EGP 13.6784 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
