Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Thursday trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stability at the beginning of thursday 2 April 2026 trading at Egypt's major banks.

U.S. dollar

The US dollar fell against EGP recorded EGP 53.5719 for buying, while the sell price to EGP 53.6719 according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», «NBK-Egypt», «Saib», «NXT Bank» at EGP 53.60

The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 53.41 .

Euro

The Euro fell against EGP recorded EGP 62.1542 for buying and EGP 62.2756 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», «Saib», «NXT Bank» at EGP 61.91 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «EBank» at EGP 62.07 .

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling fell against EGP recorded at EGP 71.2239 for buying and EGP 71.3783 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was in «ADIB-Egypt», «Saib», «NXT Bank» at EGP 70.86 .

While the lowest rate for selling was in «EBank» at EGP 71.11 .

Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal fell against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP 14.2725 for buying and EGP 14.3022 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in «ADIB-Egypt» at EGP 14.28 .

The lowest rate for selling was in «Emirates-NBD» at EGP 14.25 .

Kuwaiti Dinar
