How HD Bank Distributed Its Assets Among Egypt's Regions

 HD Bank's asset portfolio jumped by 35.86%, reached EGP 103.6 bn at the end of last year, compared to EGP 76.3 bn at the end of 2021, an increase of EGP27.35 bn.

The bank's assets were distributed among different geographical regions, Greater Cairo region had the largest share, total portfolio jumped by 41.12%, to record EGP 83.87 bn by the end of 2022, compared to EGP59.43 bn by the end of 2021, an increase of EGP24.44 bn

 Asset portfolio of Alexandria, Delta, and Sinai increased to EGP14.81 bn by the end of 2022, compared to EGP12.34 bn by the end of 2021, achieving a growth rate of 20.02%, and an increase of EGP2.47 bn.

Asset portfolio of Upper Egypt rose from

EGP 3.38 bn at the end of 2021 to EGP 3.82 bn at the end of 2022, with a growth rate of 12.84%, and an increase of EGP434.68 mn.

In terms of unrated assets, it increased by 0.80%, recording EGP 1.14 bn at the end of 2022, compared to EGP 1.13 bn at the end of 2021, an increase of EGP 9 mn.
