How EBank Distributed Its Solid Profits Among Egypt's Regions

EBank's net profits came from the various regions of the Republic, while Greater Cairo had the greatest impact, as the bank’s net profits recorded EGP 887.74 mn during 2022.
As for his net profits from Alexandria and Delta, recorded EGP338.67 mn, while EGP12.49 mn from Upper Egypt during 2022.
The bank significantly expanded its business, which enabled it to strengthen its financial position, to jump to EGP96.72 bn at the end of last year, compared to EGP76.20 bn at the end of 2021, achieving a growth rate of 26.93%, and an increase of EGP 20.52 bn.
Total customer loans jump by 23.29%, reaching EGP44.82 bn at the end of 2022, compared to EGP36.35 bn at the end of 2021, an increase of EGP8.47 bn.
The remarkable growth witnessed by its financial portfolio, its individual finance by 41.85%, reaching EGP 4.5 bn at the end of December 2022, compared to EGP 3.2 bn at the end of December 2021.
Moreover, Loan portfolio to corporates jumped by 21.5%, to reach EGP 40.282 bn by the end of 2022, compared to EGP 36.35 bn by the end of 2021.
EBank was able to increase its savings pools during 2022, as it increased by 13.16%, after increasing its deposits by EGP8.473 bn, to record EGP72.854 bn at the end of December 2022, compared to EGP64.381 bn at the end of December 2021.
Due to the rise in corporate deposits by 15.68%, to reach EGP 59.67 bn by the end of 2022, compared to EGP51.58 bn by the end of 2021.
Individual deposits increased to EGP13.19 bn by the end of 2022, compared to EGP12.8 bn by the end of 2021, achieving a growth rate of 3.02%, annually.
The bank's total assets jumped by 26.93% during 2022, to record EGP96.724 bn at the end of December 2022, compared to EGP76.202 bn at the end of December 2021, an increase of EGP20.522 bn.
