Foreign exchange rates at the beginning of Wednesday’s trading

The foreign exchange rate witnessed an stable at the beginning of Wednesday 24 May trading at Egypt's major banks.

First Bank monitors foreign currency rates in major banks in Egypt:

U.S. dollar

The US dollar rate against EGP recorded EGP 30.8289 for buying and EGP 30.9557 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest dollar rate for buying was in ADIB Egypt at EGP 30.90

The lowest rate for selling was National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 30.85

Euro

The Euro rate against EGP recorded EGP 33.2182 for buying and EGP 33.3672 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank’s website.

The highest Euro rate for buying was in ADIB of Egypt at EGP 33.33

 The lowest rate for selling was in NBE and Banque Misr of Egypt at EGP 33.28

Pound Sterling

The pound sterling rate against EGP stands at EGP 38.1785 for buying and EGP 38.3479 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest pound sterling rate for buying was inBlom Bank of Egypt at EGP38.53

While the lowest rate for selling in Banque Misr at EGP 38.40

 Saudi Riyals

The Saudi riyal rate against EGP today in Egypt recorded EGP8.2206 for buying and EGP 8.2549 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.

The highest rate for buying today was in ADIB Bank -Egypt at EGP8.24

The lowest rate for selling was in the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr at EGP 8.23

Kuwaiti Dinar

Kuwaiti dinar rate today in Egypt reached EGP 100.3032 for buying and EGP100.7476 for selling, according to the latest data issued on the Central Bank of Egypt website.
