CAPMAS: Annual inflation rate declined to 36.4% by November-2023end

Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics announced, on its official website a little while ago, the decline in the annual inflation rate for commodity prices in the total republic during November 2023 to 36.4%, compared to 38.5% in the previous month of the same year.

The most important reasons for this decline are due to the decrease in prices of the group of fruits by (3.5%), and to the group of vegetables by (4.7%). the change in prices of the group of meat and poultry by (1.5%), the group of grains and bread by 5.02%), and and the group of fish and seafood by (0.1%).

In addition, group of dairy, cheese and eggs fell by (2.7%), and the group of ready-made clothes by (1.7%).

Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics indicated that the monthly inflation rate for the total republic recorded 0.09% during November 2023, compared to 1.2% during the previous October.
