Performance of listed Bank Stocks at the close of EGX trading on Tuesday
First Bank
First Bank list revealed the performance of listed bank stocks on the Egyptian Stock Exchange at the close of trading on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. The stock of Faisal Bank led the bank gains on the exchange, rising by 0.78% to close at EGP 32.43, compared to the opening price of EGP 32.18.
The list indicated increase of 2 banks. – ADIB Egypt’s stock secured the second position with a 0.61% increase, closing at EGP 41.45, up from the opening price of EGP 41.20.
Commercial International Bank’s stock rose by 2.46%, claiming the third position, closing at EGP 77.20, compared to the opening price of EGP 75.35.
In terms of declines, HD bank Fell by 0.60%, closing at EGP 39.85, compared to the opening price of EGP 40.09.
alBaraka Bank’s stock declined by 0.64%, closing at EGP 12.40, while the opening price was EGP 12.48.
Suez Canal Bank’s stock Fell by 0.87%, closing at EGP 12.59, compared to the opening price of EGP 12.70.
Credit Agricole Bank’s stock declined by 0.91%, closing at EGP 21.82, compared to the opening price of EGP 22.02.
EBank’s stock decreased by 1.36%, closing at EGP 21.70 down from the opening price of EGP 22.00.
QNB AL Ahli’s stock fell by 1.65 %, closing at EGP 27.99, down from the opening price of EGP 28.46. in addition, Stocks of CIB, declined by 2.46%, closing at EGP 75.30, while the opening price was EGP 77.20.
Regarding banks traded in dollars, EGBANK's Fell by 0.96% closing at $0.311 compared to the opening price of $0.314, Faisal Islamic Bank's stock($) Fell by 0.10% closing at $0.989 compared to the opening price of $0.990.
