EGX ends Wednesday’s session with 6.81% decrease in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) has ended Wednesday, 31 January 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.968 trillion.
The main index EGX30 seen an decrease at today’s closing session by 6.81% to reach 30.695 points.
Investors traded on 207 shares, 9 shares rose, 164 shares fell and 34 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 1.756 billion securities dealt in cash executed on 245.613 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 8.394 billion.
