FirstBank List Of The Fastest-Growing Banks In Customer Deposits During The last Year Revealed That The Arab African International Bank Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 80.46%, As Its Total Portfolio Reached EGP 394 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 218.3 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

The List Included 22 Banks Operating In The Egyptian Banking Sector, With Their Financial Data Available For Analysis. It Revealed That All  Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Customer Deposit Portfolios, From January To December 2023.

Attijariwafa Bank Secured The Second Position On The List With A Growth Rate of 45.45% In Its Customer Deposit Portfolio During The last Year, Increasing From EGP 52.5 Bn By The End Of December 2022 To Reach EGP 76.4 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

First Abu Dhabi Bank Egypt Took The Third Position After Its Customer Deposit Portfolio Grew By 44.72% During The last Year, Reaching Approximately EGP 200 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 138.2 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

Credit Agricole Egypt come in fourth position After Its Customer Deposit Portfolio Grew By 39.15% During The last Year, recording EGP 84.2 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 60.5 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

Agricultural Bank Of Egypt Secured The Fifth Position After Its Customer Deposit Portfolio Grew By 30.45% During The last Year, Rising From EGP 141.2 Bn By The End Of December 2022 To EGP 184.3 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Followed By QNB AL Ahli With A Growth Rate Of 30.23% During The Same Period.

ADIB Egypt Took The Seventh Position With A Growth Rate Of 30.6% During The last Year, Recording Total Deposits Of EGP 127.1 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 97.7Bn By The End Of December 2022.

Ahli United Bank Ranked Eighth With A Growth Rate Of 29.02% In Its Customer Deposit Portfolio During The last Year, As Its Total Deposits Reached EGP 90.1 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 69.8 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

Commercial International Bank-CIB Ranked Ninth With A Growth Rate Of 27.39% In Its Customer Deposit Portfolio During The last  Year, As Its Total Deposits Reached EGP 675.3 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 530.1 Bn By The End Of December 2022.

ABK-Egypt Came In Tenth Place With A Growth Rate Of 25.56% During The last Year, As Its Total Customer Deposit Portfolio Reached EGP 83.1 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Compared To EGP 66.2 Bn By The End Of December 2022, Followed By NBK Egypt With A Growth Rate Of 25.39% During The Same Period.

It's Worth Noting That All The Values And Growth Rates Mentioned In The Analysis Above Are Based On Separate Financial Statements Announced By Each Bank As Of The End Of December 2023.
