EGP index increased against a basket of major currencies to 40.096 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index increased against the major currencies during July 4 2024, the index reached 40.096 points, compared to 40.040 points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against 4 currencies that measures the performance of the pound, It rose against, Chinese Yuan, Saudi riyal, US dollar UAE dirham, it fell against Euro, pound sterling, Japanese Yen.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt fell from EGP 48.19 to EGP 48.06 while the average buying decreased from EGP 48.09 to EGP 47.96 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt decreased from EGP 6.62 to EGP 6.61 while the average buying fell from EGP 6.61 to EGP 6.59 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal declined from EGP 12.84 to EGP 12.81 while the average buying fell from EGP 12.82 to EGP 12.78 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt decreased from EGP 13.12 to EGP 13.08 while the average buying fell from EGP 13.09 to EGP 13.05 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt rose from EGP 51.86 to EGP 51.91 while the average buying increased from EGP 51.74 to EGP 51.79 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 60.20 to EGP 61.31 while the average buying rose from EGP 61.06 to EGP 61.17 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt rose from EGP 29.76 to EGP 29.84 while the average buying rose from EGP 29.70 to EGP 29.78 at the end of today's trading.
