EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 39.650 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during July 28 2024, the index reached 39.650 points, compared to 39.668 points at Wednesday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against 3 currencies that measures the performance of the pound, it fell against UAE dirham, Euro, Japanese Yen, it rose against Saudi riyal, US dollar, pound sterling, and settled against Chinese Yuan.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt rose from EGP 52.48 to EGP52.55 while the average buying rose from EGP 52.35 to EGP 52.42 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt rose from EGP 31.35 to EGP 31.47 while the average buying increased from EGP 30.28 to EGP 31.41 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP6.65 EGP 6.67 while the average buying increased from EGP 6.63 to EGP 6.65 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt settled at EGP13.17 while the average buying settled at EGP 13.14 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of US dollar in Egypt declined from EGP 48.39 to EGP 48.38 while the average buying decreased from EGP 48.29 to EGP 48.28 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 62.47 to EGP 62.30 while the average buying rose from EGP 62.32 to EGP 62.15 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.90 to EGP 12.89 while the average buying settled at EGP 12.87 at the end of today's trading.
