EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 40.915 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during May 16 2024, the index reached 40.915 points, compared to 41.015 points at Yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against all Currencies that measures the performance of the pound, It Fell against the pound sterling, Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen, Euro, UAE dirham, US dollar, and Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 46.89 to EGP 46.94 while the average buying increased from EGP 46.80 to EGP 46.85 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt rose from EGP 50.77 to EGP 51.01 while the average buying increased from EGP 50.65 to EGP 50.89 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 58.76 to EGP 59.42 while the average buying rose from EGP 58.99 to EGP 59.28 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 30.13 to EGP 30.31 while the average buying rose from EGP 30.06 to EGP 30.24 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt increased from EGP 6.49 to EGP 6.50 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying rose from EGP 6.47 to EGP 6.49.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 12.76 to EGP 12.78 while the average buying Increased from EGP 12.74 to EGP12.75 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.50 to EGP 12.51 while the average buying increased from EGP12.47 to EGP 12.49 at the end of today's trading.
