EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 40.131 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during March 26 2024, the index reached 40.131 points, compared to 40.479 points at Yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against all Currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound.

It Fell against, US dollar, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Chinese Yuan, pound sterling, Japanese Yen, and Euro.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 47.45. to EGP 47.82 while the average buying increased from EGP 47.35 to EGP 47.72 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 51.35 to EGP 51.93 while the average buying rose from EGP 51.24 to EGP 51.81 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 59.94 to EGP 60.56 while the average buying rose from EGP 59.81 to EGP 60.41 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 31.35 EGP to EGP 31.60 while the average buying rose from EGP 31.28 to EGP 31.53 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 6.57 to EGP 6.62 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying Fell from EGP 6.56 to EGP 6.61.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.65 to EGP 12.75 while the average buying rose from EGP 12.62 to EGP 12.72 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 12.92 to EGP 13.02 while the average buying rose from EGP 12.89 to EGP 12.99 at the end of today's trading.
