EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 40.760 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during May 23 2024, the index reached 40.760 points, compared to 41.041 points at Yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against all currencies that measures the performance of the pound, It Fell against Japanese Yen, pound sterling, Euro, UAE dirham, US dollar, Saudi riyal, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 46.85 to EGP 47.16 while the average buying increased from EGP 46.75 to EGP 47.06 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt rose from EGP 50.75 to EGP 51.15 while the average buying increased from EGP 50.62 to EGP 51.03 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 59.58 to EGP 60.03 while the average buying rose from EGP 59.43 to EGP 59.89 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt increased from EGP 29.94 to EGP 30.10 while the average buying rose from EGP 29.88 to EGP 30.03 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt increased from EGP 6.47 to EGP 6.51 while the average buying rose from EGP 6.45 to EGP 6.50 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.49 to EGP 12.57 while the average buying increased from EGP12.46 to EGP 12.54 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 12.75 to EGP 12.84 while the average buying increased from EGP 12.72 to EGP 12.81 at the end of today's trading.
