EGP index decreased against a basket of major currencies to 38.892 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during 4 November 2024, the index reached 38.892 points, compared to 39.050 points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index fell against all currencies that measures the performance of the pound, it fell against US dollar, Euro, pound sterling, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 49.05 to EGP 49.13 while the average buying increased from EGP 48.95 to EGP 49.03 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt increased from EGP 52.14 to EGP 53.57 while the average buying rose from EGP 53.03 to EGP 53.46 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 63.42 to EGP 63.73 while the average buying rose from EGP 63.24 to EGP 63.56 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt rose from EGP 32.06 to EGP 32.39 while the average buying increased from EGP 31.99 to EGP 32.32 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP 6.88 to EGP 6.92 while the average increased from EGP 6.87 to EGP 6.91 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt increased from EGP 13.35 to EGP 13.37 while the average buying rose from EGP 13.32 to EGP 13.35 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 13.06 to EGP 13.08 while the average buying increased from EGP 13.03 to EGP 13.05 at the end of today's trading.
