EGP index declines against a basket of major currencies to 54.377 points on Monday

The Egyptian pound index decreased  against the major currencies during Monday 13 February 2023. The index reached 54.377 points, compared to 54.432 points on yesterday’s trading.

The Egyptian pound index decreased against 4 major currencies among a basket of seven currencies that measures the performance of the pound

It declined against US dollar, Saudi Riyal and Euro,pound sterling It climbed against, theChinese Yuan, Japanese Yen and settled against UAE dirham

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt Increased from EGP 36.86 to EGP 37.02 at the end of today's trading , while the average buying increased from EGP36.73 to EGP36.89

The average selling price of the euro in Egypt increased from EGP 32.63 to EGP 32.69, and the average buying price rose from EGP 32.52 to EGP 32.59

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal in Egypt Increased from EGP 8.14 to EGP8.15 while the buying price rose from EGP 8.11 to EGP8.12 at the end of today's trading

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 23.25to EGP23.09 while the buying price fell from EGP 23.18 to EGP 23.01

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt decreased from EGP 4.49 to EGP4.48 while the buying price fell from EGP 4.47 to EGP 4.46

The average selling price of theUAE dirham in Egyptsettled  EGP 8.32to EGP8.14 while the buying price rose from EGP 8.29 to EGP 8.30 at the end of today's trading
