SCBank, EGBANK And saib, Top listed banks in focusing on syndicated loans by end of 2022
First Bank list of most focused banks on syndicated loans at the end of last year, revealed that Suez Canal Bank topped the list by 29.89% of its total customer loans, reached EGP 9.61 bn by the end of 2022, while total loan portfolio recorded EGP 32.14 bn by the end of the same period.
EGBANK took second place, after its syndicated loans recorded 28.05% of its customer loans, recorded EGP7.98 bn, while loan portfolio recorded EGP28.445 bn by the end of 2022.
saib came third, its syndicated loans recorded 27.93%, after it reached EGP 11.64 bn by the end of 2022, while its total loan portfolio reached EGP41.67 bn by the end of the same period.
Commercial International Bank came in fourth place, after 20.46% syndicated loan portfolio, as its syndicated finance portfolio recorded EGP 44.72 bn at the end of last year, while its total loan portfolio recorded EGP 218.63 bn at the end of the same period.
EBANK took fifth place, after syndicated loan portfolio acquired 15.04% of the bank’s total loans by the end of 2022.
