Suez Canal Bank, EBANK, and alBaraka Bank, Top listed banks in focusing on corporate loans by end of 2022
Suez Canal Bank topped First Bank list by 91.42%, after its total corporate loans recorded EGP 29.38 bn at the end of 2022, while total loans and facilities to customers recorded EGP 32.14 bn during the same period.
Export Development Bank of Egypt ranked second, after total corporate loans acquired 89.88%, EGP44.82 bn, while total corporate loans recorded EGP 40.28 bn by the end of 2022
alBaraka Bank - Egypt came in third place by 87.77% of the bank's total corporate loans, which recorded EGP31.05 bn, while the bank's total loans recorded EGP 35.38 bn by the end of 2022.
Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt came fourth by 82.76% of corporate loans, reaching EGP 12.04 bn at the end of 2022, while total loans reached EGP14.55 bn at the end of the same period.
QNB Al-Ahli ranked fifth, by 80.40% of the bank’s total customer loans, EGP230.77 bn, in corporate loans, after it recorded EGP 185.5 bn by the end of 2022.
