First Bank List Of Listed Banks Revealed The Fastest Growth In Total Customer Loans During The First Half Of The Current Year. EBank, Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 17.66%, Reaching EGP 52.733 Bn By The End Of June 2023, Compared To EGP 44.817 Bn By The End Of December 2022.
The List, Which Included 11 Listed Banks On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Showed That All Banks Analyzed Had Positive Growth Rates In The Total Portfolios Of Their Customer Loans During The Period From January To June 2023.
Commercial International Bank- Egypt CIB Occupied Second Place With A Growth Rate Of 15.02% During The First Half Of The Current Year. Its Total Customer Loans Increased From EGP 218.633 Bn By The End Of December 2022 To EGP 251.479 Bn By June 2023End.
As For Third Place, It Was Obtained By Egyptian Gulf Bank-EGbank A Growth Rate Of 13% During The First 6 Months Of The Current Year. The Bank's Total Customer Loans Reached EGP 32.145 Bn By The End Of June 2023, Compared To EGP 28.446 Bn By The End Of December 2022.
Saib Ranked Fourth With A Growth Rate Of 11.72% During The First Half Of The Current Year. Its Total Customer Loans Reached EGP 46.777 Bn By The End Of June 2023, Compared To EGP 41.869 Bn By The End Of December 2022.
QNB Al Ahli Came In Fifth Place As Its Total Customer Loans Increased By A Growth Rate Of 10.05% During The First Half Of The Current Year, Reaching EGP 253.954 Bn By The End Of June 2023, Compared To EGP 230.768 Bn By The End Of December 2022, Followed by Suez Canal Bank, alBaraka Bank with growth rates 9.67%, 9.57% respectively during the same period.
