First Bank's List Revealed The Fastest-Growing Listed Banks In Personal Loans During The First Half Of The Current Year. alBaraka Bank - Egypt Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 54.22%, As Its Total persona loan Portfolio Jumped From EGP 3.7 Bn At The End Of December 2022 To reach EGP 5.8 Bn by June 2023End.
The List, Which Included 11 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Showed That 9 Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In Their Total Personal Loan Portfolios, While 2 Banks Experienced A Decline In Their Total Personal Loans During The First half Of 2023.
EBank Came Second, With A Growth Rate Of 23.19% During The First Half Of The Current Year. The Bank's Total Personal Loan Portfolio Reached EGP 4.7 bn At The End Of June 2023, Compared To EGP 3.8 bn At The End Of December 2022.
Suez Canal Bank Occupied The Third Position With A Growth Rate Of 19.85% During The First Half Of The Current Year. Its Total Personal Loan Portfolio Increased From EGP 2.6 Bn At The End Of December 2022 To EGP 3.1 Bn At The End Of June 2023.
saib Came In Fourth Place With A Growth Rate Of 13% During The First 6 Months Of The Current Year. Its Total Personal Loan Portfolio Jumped To EGP 8.8 Bn At The End Of June 2023, Compared To EGP 7.8 Bn At The End Of December 2022.
HD Bank Ranked Fifth With A Growth Rate Of 9.22% During The First Half Of The Current Year. Its Total Personal Loan Portfolio Increased From EGP 9.1 Bn At The End Of December 2022 To reach EGP 9.9 Bn At The End Of June 2023.
