MidBank announced the opening of Maadi branch after its renovation and redevelopment, aligning with the bank's expansion plan in line with its ambitious strategy "Working for Your Future." The bank aims for comprehensive development and growth, increasing its customer base and the number of branches.

This initiative is part of the bank's restructuring, development, and digitization strategy, offering the latest banking services for quick and seamless customer use. MidBank expands its banking services to reach existing and new customers in all areas, facilitating access for people with disabilities to the bank's services and products.

Ahmed Medhat, Head of Branches, Sales, and Distribution, expressed his happiness about the Maadi branch reopening, emphasizing the bank's goal to expand its customer base by renewing and opening MidBank branches in various provinces. This aligns with MidBank's new strategy, focusing on achieving digital transformation and enhancing financial inclusion by providing diverse banking services that meet the needs of various societal segments, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030.

The bank has prepared and trained outstanding banking staff to communicate in sign language and understand the terms and conditions related to its products and services, aiming to facilitate these services for people with disabilities.

Additionally, MidBank opened a branch in Port Said after its renovation and redevelopment to promote the concept of sustainability and facilitate access for people with disabilities to the range of banking services and products offered by the bank through specialized branch facilities. This branch has a ramp to facilitate access for people with disabilities to banking services, along with screens displaying sign language translations of the terms and conditions of the bank's products and services to inform people with disabilities about the banking services provided.
