The List Reflects The Investment Trends Of 22 Banks In The Egyptian Banking Sector, Based On Their Financial Data For Analysis, Specifically In Terms Of Retail Loans. It Provides An Indicator Of How Much The Bank's Customer Loan Portfolio Is Concentrated In retail Loans.
Alex Bank Secured The Second Position With 45.28% Of Its Total Customer Loans, Concentrated In Retail Loans portfolio Valued At EGP 27.86Bn, while total customer Loans Amounting To EGP 61.53Bn By September 2023.
Banque Du Caire Claimed The Third Position, With Its Retail Loan Portfolio Representing EGP 68.25 Bn, With 42.06% Of The Bank's Total Customer Loans, Valued At EGP162.26 Bn By the end of September 2023.
Moving On To The Fourth Position, ABK_Egypt, Concentrated 34.57% Of Its Total Customer Loans Into Retail Loan Portfolio, Totaling EGP 14.97Bn by the end of September 2023. Their Total Customer Loan Portfolio Amounted To EGP 43.29 Bn By The End Of the same period.
AiBank Claimed The Fifth Position With 28.22% after Its Total Customer Loans Valued At EGP 24.14 Bn, while Retail Loans portfolio registered EGP 6.81 Bn by the end if September 2023.
Credit Agricole - Egypt Claimed The Sixth Position With 27.02% Of Its Total Customer Loans, Valued At EGP38.53 Bn, Concentrated In Retail Loans portfolio Totaling EGP 10.41Bn By the end of September 2023.
Saib and Egyptian Gulf Bank -EGBANK Secured together The Seventh Position as each Bank’s Retail loans portfolio recorded 25.79% of their Total Customer Loans portfolio by the end of September 2023, Total Customer Loans portfolio of Saib Amounted To EGP 46.47 Bn, while total Retail loans portfolio registered EGP 11.98 Bn by the end of September 2023. Total Customer Loans portfolio of EGBANK Amounted To EGP 33.29 Bn, while total Retail loans portfolio registered EGP 8.59 Bn by the end of the same period.
Emirates NBD - Egypt Secured The Eighth Position With 25.20%, its total Retail loans portfolio Valued At EGP 13.77Bn, while Total Customer Loans portfolio Amounted To EGP 54.66Bn By the end of September 2023.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank-Egypt Claimed The Ninth Spot, Focusing 24.44% Of Its EGP 65.55Bn Total Customer Loan Portfolio Into Retail Loans Portfolio, Which Amounted To EGP 16.02 Bn By The End Of September 2023, Following By ADCB - Egypt, CIB – Egypt With A Concentration Rates Of 22.95%, 22.21% Respectively By The End Of The Same Period.
