EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 40.070 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during June 23 2024, the index reached 40.070 points, compared to 40.293 points at Thursday's trading June 13, 2024.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against 4 Currencies that measures the performance of the pound, It Fell against, US dollar, Chinese Yuan, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, it rose against pound sterling, Japanese Yen, and settled against Euro.

The average selling price of US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 47.75 to EGP 48.19 while the average buying increased from EGP 47.65 to EGP 48.09 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP6.58 to EGP 6.63 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying increased from EGP 6.57 to EGP 6.62.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.73to EGP 12.84 while the average buying increased from EGP 12.70 to EGP 12.80 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 13.00 to EGP 13.12 while the average buying increased from EGP12.97 at EGP13.09 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt settled at EGP 51.54 while the average buying decreased from EGP 51.42 to EGP 51.41 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 61.01 to EGP 60.95 while the average buying fell from EGP 60.87 to EGP 60.81 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 30.37 to EGP 30.16 while the average buying decreased from EGP 30.30 to EGP 30.09 at the end of today's trading.
