ADCB says its corporates loans portfolio Jumps by 46 % during 2021
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank – Egypt said that its corporates loans portfolio grew by 46.61% during the first 9 months of 2022, with an increase of 6.95 billion pounds, according to its independent financial results.
The bank’s total corporates loans portfolio rose to EGP 21.85 billion at the end of September 2022, in comparison to EGP 14.91 billion at the end of December 2021, thus acquiring 72.61% of the bank’s total loans portfolio.
Moreover, the bank’s current accounts portfolio grew by 35.77% during the first 9 months of 2022, to reach EGP 6.02 billion at the end of September 2022, compared to 4.43 billion at the end of December 2021, with an increase of EGP 1.59 billion.
In addition, ADCB’s total direct loan portfolio jumped by 64.85% during the first 9 months of this year, to reach EGP 13.53 billion at the end of September 2022, compared to 8.21 billion at the end of December 2021.
However, the bank’s total syndicated loan portfolio increased by 4.92% during the first 9 months of 2022, to reach EGP 1.86 billion at the end of September 2022, compared to 1.77 billion at the end of December 2021.
Furthermore, its total customer loans and facilities increased by 35.02%, an increase of about 7.81 billion pounds, bringing the total portfolio to 30.1 billion pounds at the end of September 2022, compared to 22.3 billion at the end of December 2021.
