EGX ends Monday’s session with 2.33% decrease in bench mark index

Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) has ended Monday, 5 August 2024 trading session with market capitalization of EGP 1.890 trillion.
The main index EGX30 seen an decrease at today’s closing session by 2.33% to reach 28503.63points.
Investors traded on 209 shares, 15 shares rose, 156 shares fell and 38 shares remained stable.
However, the turnover reached 1.214billion securities dealt in cash executed on 137.677 transactions, bringing the total trading volume to EGP 23.197 billion.
