First Bank messages: Banque du caire needs to support Arabic language in its official website

Banque du Caire supports only the English language as the sole language for its official website but doesn’t have the Arabic language feature as choice for customers. Thus the bank needs to work on this issue especially since it has a large customer base that includes hundreds of thousands of Egyptians who may find a problem in dealing with the website in English.

The state-run Banque du Caire succeeded in implementing a comprehensive restructuring plan over the past years, specifically since the beginning of 2018, under the leadership of the renowned banker Tarek Fayed, Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors.

The new restructuring plan reflected positively its financial indicators and its market share.  The bank has acquired 2.78% of the total assets of the banking sector, 3.41% of the total loans and 2.59% of the total deposits at the end of last June.

Moreover, Banque Du Caire has jumped to occupy the fifth position among the list of the largest Egyptian banks, after it was in the sixth position before the restructuring process.
