According To First Bank List of Fastest-Growing Banks In Syndicated Loans, Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 85.91% During The first half of the current Year After the Bank’s Total Portfolio Of Syndicated Loans Rose To EGP 3.06 bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 1.65bn By The End Of December 2023.

The List Revealed the Total Syndicated Loans Of 20 Banks in The Egyptian Banking Sector, For Which Financial Data Were Available For Analysis, And all Banks Achieved Positive Growth Rates In The Syndicated Loans, From January To June 2024.

Returning To the List, ADCB Egypt Secured the Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 63.46% During The first half of the current Year, Increasing Its Total Portfolio To EGP 3.08 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 1.88Bn By The End Of December 2022.

AL Baraka Bank Came in Third Place With A Growth Rate Of 60.51% During The first half of the current Year, After The Bank’s Total Portfolio Of Syndicated Loans Rose To EGP 7.27 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 4.53Bn By The End Of December 2023.

ADIB Egypt Secured the Fourth Position with A Growth Rate Of 47.30% During The first half of this Year, Its Syndicated Loans Increasing To EGP 1.17bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 795 mn By The End Of December 2023.

saib Come in Fifth Position With A Total Syndicated Loan Portfolio Growth Rate Of 45.90% During The first half of the current Year, Reaching EGP 20.27 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 13.89 Bn By The End Of December 2023, Followed By credit Agricole With A Growth Rate Of 45.22% During The Same Period.

As For Seventh Place, EGBANK Obtained It After Achieving A Growth Rate Of 35.40% In Its Syndicated Loan Portfolio During The first half of the current Year, To Record EGP 10.98 Bn At The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 8.11 Bn At The End Of December 2023.

QNB Come in Eighth Position With A Growth Rate Of 35.12% During The first half of this Year, Reaching EGP 30.06 Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 22.24 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

Emirates NBD Secured the Ninth Position with A Growth Rate Of 34.12% During The first half of this Year, As Its Syndicated Loan Portfolio Increased To EGP6.36Bn By The End Of June 2024, Compared To EGP 4.74 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

Suez Canal Bank Ranked Tenth with A Growth Rate Of 31.24% During The first quarter of the current Year, Recording A Total Syndicated Loan Portfolio of EGP 62.38 Bn By The End Of March 2024, Compared To EGP 49.19 Bn By The End Of December 2023.

It Is Worth Noting That All The Mentioned Values And Growth Rates In The Above Analysis Are Based On Separate Declared Financial Statements Of Each Bank As Of The End Of June 2024.
