EGP index increased against a basket of major currencies to 39.149 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index increased against the major currencies during 14 November 2024, the index reached 39.149 points, compared to 39.073 points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index rose against 4 currencies that measures the performance of the pound, it rose against  Euro, pound sterling, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, and fell against US dollar, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt decreased from EGP 52.46 to EGP 52.04 while the average buying fell from EGP 52.35 to EGP 51.93 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt decreased from EGP 62.93 to EGP 62.55 while the average buying fell from EGP 62.79 to EGP 62.42 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt fell from EGP 31.87 to EGP 31.69 while the average buying decreased from EGP 31.80 to EGP 31.62 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt fell from EGP 6.84 to EGP 6.82 while the average decreased from EGP 6.83 to EGP 6.80 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 49.36 to EGP 49.42 while the average buying increased from EGP 49.26 to EGP 49.32 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 13.43 to EGP 13.45 while the average buying increased from EGP 13.41 to EGP 13.42 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal increased from EGP 13.13 to EGP 13.16 while the average buying rose from EGP 13.11 to EGP 13.13 at the end of today's trading.
