First Bank List Of The Fastest-Growing Listed Banks In Credit Cards During First 9M Of 2025 Revealed That Housing And Development Bank, Topped The List With A Growth Rate Of 108.3% During First 9M Of 2025, Reaching A Credit Card Portfolio Size Of EGP 579.21 Mn By The End Of June 2025, Compared To EGP 278.13 Mn By The End Of 2024. 

The List, Comprising 11 Banks Listed On The Egyptian Stock Exchange, Disclosed Positive Growth Rates In The Total Credit Card Portfolios Of All Banks During The Period From January To September 2025. Faisal Islamic Egyptian Bank Was Absent From The Ranking Due To The Unavailability Of Its Portfolio Value In Its Financial Statements.

Returning To The List, Al Baraka Bank Secured The Second Position With A Growth Rate Of 70.3%, Reaching A Portfolio Size Of EGP 413.79 Mn By The End Of September 2025, Compared To EGP 243.04 Mn By The End Of 2024.

The Third Position Went To SC Bank, With A Credit Card Portfolio Growth Rate Of 52.7% During First 9M Of 2025, Recording EGP 153.21 Mn By The End Of September 2025, Compared To EGP 100.33 Mn By The End Of 2024.

EGBANK Ranked Fourth With A Growth Rate Of 40.6% During First 9M Of 2025, Reaching A Credit Card Portfolio Size Of EGP 383.31 Mn By The End Of September 2025, Compared To EGP 272.70 Mn By The End Of 2024. 

Saib Claimed Fifth Position With A Growth Rate Of 35.2%, As Its Credit Card Portfolio Reached EGP 713.08 Mn By The End Of September 2025, Compared To EGP 527.38 Mn By The End Of 2024.
