Stocks of ADIB-Egypt and CIB lead the gains in the banking sector at EGX close today

The list revealed an increase in the stocks of 7 banks, while the stocks of 2 other banks declined. Returning to the list, Commercial International Bank - Egypt secured the second position in terms of stock gains with a percentage of 2.11%, closing at a price of EGP62.99, compared to an opening price of EGP61.69.

The third position was secured by Qatar National Bank Al Ahli with 1.11%, closing at a price of EGP 26.36, compared to an opening price of EGP26.07. Suez Canal Bank's share rose to fourth place by 0.90%, closing at EGP10.05, compared to an opening price of EGP9.96. Credit Agricole Egypt's share came fifth, rising by 0.76%, closing at EGP18.45, compared to an opening price of EGP18.31.

Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt's share (in Egyptian pounds) ranked sixth, rising by 0.60%, closing at EGP28.39, compared to an opening price of EGP 28.22. alBaraka Bank Egypt's share came seventh, rising by 0.41%, closing at EGP 9.76, compared to an opening price of EGP 9.72. Regarding the declines in the banks, Export Development Bank of Egypt's share decreased by 0.81%, closing at EGP 14.75, compared to an opening price of EGP14.87.

Housing and Development Bank's share decreased by 1.95%, closing at EGP33.61, compared to an opening price of EGP34.28. As for the banks' shares denominated in dollars, Egyptian Gulf Bank's share remained stable, closing at $0.320, and Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt's share (in dollars) also remained stable at $0.990.
