If you are a customer of Saib and wish to subscribe to the Internet Banking Service, First Bank shows you the following steps to follow:
1.The customer calls 16668 customer service.
2.He then adds his/her email and the National ID.
3.The customer goes to the nearest branch of the bank to sign the application within 6 months.
4.Enter the service page through the bank's website here.
5.Enter the registered username (e-mail) on the account.
6.Enter the received password in a text message on the phone linked to the account.
7.Read the Terms and Conditions and then click Accept.
8.Change your password for your new password.
9.Choose 5 security questions and repeat the answer twice to confirm.
10.The service is thus ready for use.
