EGP index declined against a basket of major currencies to 40.293 points at today's trading

The Egyptian pound index decreased against the major currencies during June 4 2024, the index reached 40.293 points, compared to 40.435 points at yesterday's trading.

The Egyptian pound index Fell against 6 Currencies that measures the performance of the pound, It Fell against pound sterling, Euro, Saudi riyal, UAE dirham, US dollar, Chinese Yuan, it rose against Japanese Yen.

The average selling price of the US dollar in Egypt rose from EGP 47.48 to EGP 47.67 while the average buying increased from EGP 47.38 to EGP 47.57 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Euro in Egypt rose from EGP 51.59 to EGP 51.79 while the average buying increased from EGP 51.46 to EGP 51.67 at the end of today's trading.

The average pound sterling selling rate in Egypt increased from EGP 60.61 to EGP 60.89 while the average buying rose from EGP 60.46 to EGP 60.75 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Chinese yuan in Egypt rose from EGP6.56 to EGP 6.57 at the end of today's trading. while the average buying increased from EGP 6.54 to EGP 6.56.

The average selling price of the Saudi riyal rose from EGP 12.65 to EGP 12.71 while the average buying increased from EGP12.63 to EGP 12.68 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the UAE dirham in Egypt rose from EGP 12.92 to EGP 12.98 while the average buying Increased from EGP 12.89 to EGP12.95 at the end of today's trading.

The average selling price of the Japanese yen in Egypt decreased from EGP 30.67 to EGP 30.53 while the average buying fell from EGP 30.60 to EGP 30.46 at the end of today's trading.
